Benefits
Thredbo is open 365 days and when you work with us you are able to enjoy all that is the fabulous Snowy Mountains. When the snow falls, employees* receive a winter season pass so you can get out and enjoy the crisp fresh mountain air while riding in Australia’s premier snow resort.

When you are working, staff meal deals are on offer year round in the Pub Bistro and in winter at Friday Flat.

So you can pick up new on-snow skills or improve on what you already know, Thredbo's Snow Sports School has free ski and snowboard lesson weeks for staff.

There are a variety of incentive schemes organised by individual departments and the always popular “tip” card is an instant reward as a thank-you for a job well done.

In case you need to purchase that special jacket, your gloves have seen better days or you simply need a shopping fix, Thredbo Sports offers staff a 25% discount on retail products.

Just because the snow goes doesn’t mean the fun stops; the bevy of summer activities gives the summer team plenty to do. Your summer staff pass gives you access to the AGU rated 9 hole golf course (it’s Australia’s highest), tennis courts, chairlift (and the amazing Main Range) and the bobsled all for free.

There are other benefits you can receive after a qualifying period and some are even extended to family members.
