Program & Schedule

Over three breathtaking days experience a truly unique schedule of activities for all levels of yoga practice in the heart of Australia’s highest mountains.

Thursday Program
4:00 PM CHECK-IN – Accommodation check-in opens at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel.
6:30 PM MEET & GREET – Start your weekend of wellness with a relaxing meet and greet dinner with your instructor Jane and fellow yogis in Cascades Restaurant.

Friday Program
6:00 AM MORNING MEET – Meet at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel reception for your vehicle transfer to the top of the mountain.
6:30 AM MOUNTAIN TOP SUNRISE YOGA – Soak in the majestic sunrise and striking mountain views from the rooftop of Australia. Once the sun has peaked over the horizon your yoga session begins as the warm morning sunshine envelops the mountains around you. This is a truly unforgettable experience.
8:00 AM BREAKFAST – Enjoy a barista made coffee or tea and start your day with a fresh and healthy breakfast pack at Eagles Nest Restaurant.
8:45 AM MT KOSCIUSZKO GUIDED HIKE – Stand on top of Australia and take in 360 degree panoramic views on the iconic bucket list Mt Kosciuszko Summit hike. Our local knowledge guide will take you through the majestic Main Range to the highest peak of Australia, pointing out rugged landmarks and unique alpine flora and fauna on the way. Light snack refreshment provided.
1:00 PM LUNCH – Reward yourself with a tasty lunch at Eagles Nest, Australia’s highest restaurant.
2:00 PM FREE TIME – Explore the Thredbo Village, enjoy a relaxing massage or find a peaceful spot to reflect.
4:00 PM YIN YOGA SESSION – Round out the day with a relaxing Yin Yoga and Meditation session in the quiet of the Townsend Room. Stretch out those worked muscles, limber up the soft tissue network and tap into the benefits of mindfulness, restoring your body and mind to homeostasis.
6:00 PM DINNER – Enjoy a delicious dinner in Cascades Restaurant with special host and passionate founder and CEO of The Fly Program, Matt Tripet

Saturday Program
6:30 AM YOGA SESSION – As the sun rises join us for a yoga practice in the intimacy of the Townsend Room. There will be flow based movement class to get the body energised for the day. It can be cool in the mornings so bring an extra layer.
8 AM BREAKFAST – Get ready for your day in the mountains with a fresh and healthy alpine breakfast at Cascades Restaurant.
9:00 AM VEHICLE TRANSFER – Pick-up from the Thredbo Alpine Hotel reception for transfer to the top of the hiking trail
9:15 AM RIVERSIDE & MEADOWS NATURE WALK – Follow our local knowledgeable guide as you walk from Dead Horse Gap along the meandering Thredbo River to the Meadows Nature Track’s majestic alpine forests, passing by snow gums and mossy creeks. Light snack provided.
12:00 PM ROCK POOL COLD IMMERSION – Experience an invigorating cold immersion session in a pristine mountain rock pool and practice deep breathing techniques.
12:45 PM LUNCH – Relax with a picnic lunch by the sparkling Thredbo River.
1:30 PM FREE TIME – Explore the Thredbo Village, enjoy a relaxing massage or find a peaceful spot to reflect.
4:00 PM MEDITATION – Join us in the Townsend Room to clear your mind and energise your spirit.
5:00 PM AYURVEDIC TALK – Discover your Dosha with Jane as she discusses balancing your own unique blend of mind-body types in the Townsend Room.
6:00 PM DINNER – Finish the day with a carefully prepared menu paired with delightful non-alcoholic Ceders Gin cocktails at Segreto.

Sunday Program
6:30 AM YOGA SESSION – As the sun rises join us for the final yoga practice in the intimacy of the Townsend Room. Energise your body for the day and put into practice the weekend’s lessons.
8:00 AM BREAKFAST – Get ready for your day in the mountains with a fresh and healthy alpine breakfast at Cascades Restaurant.
9:15 AM CHECK-OUT – Check-out of your accommodation at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel.
9:30 AM CLOSING CIRCLE – Join Jane and your likeminded souls for the closing circle to reflect on your weekend of reconnection with the great outdoors.
