Program & Schedule

The Yoga & Wellness Retreats include mountain top sunrise yoga amongst the giant boulders, guided hikes, meditation in the snowgums, healthy meals and snacks and a quiet session on the banks of the sparkling Thredbo River plus lots more.

There are 5 retreats that each run for 3 days, see the dates below:

Thursday Program
4 PM Accommodation Check In Opens
6:30 PM MEET & GREET – Come meet and get to know your instructor Jane and the other yogi’s in the Lounge Bar before the weekends program starts.
Friday Program
6:30 AM YOGA SESSION – Townsend Room, Thredbo Alpine Hotel
As the sun rises we will have the first yoga practice in the intimacy of the Townsend Room. There will be quick introductions, outline of the weekend program and a flow and movement based class to get the body energised for the day. It can be cool in the mornings so throw on an extra layer.
8 AM BREAKFAST – Fuel up for the day with a fresh and healthy mountain breakfast, ready for your day in the mountains.
9:00 AM GUIDED HIKE – Meander through twisted gums, rugged granite outcrops and fields of wildflowers. Light snack refreshment along trail.
11:30 AM TRANSFER – Collection and drive back to Thredbo
12:00 PM WIM HOF – Enjoy an invigorating Wim Hof session
1:30 PM LUNCH – Refuel with a picnic lunch enjoyed by the river
2:30 PM MEDITATION – Optional Meditation session beside the Thredbo River. With the crisp mountain waters flowing by and surrounded by tall timbers the secluded location is the perfect setting for this meditation moment.
2:30 – 6:00 PM FREE TIME – Time to explore the Thredbo Village, enjoy a relaxing massage or find a spot to do some personal reflection.
6:00 PM DINNER – Experience a culinary delight at one of Thredbo’s most beloved restaurants only a short stroll from the village centre.
Saturday Program
5:30 AM MORNING MEET – Meet at reception of the Thredbo Alpine Hotel for a ride to the top of the mountain
5:50 AM MOUNTAIN TOP SUNRISE YOGA – This will be a session to remember! Standing high above Thredbo you are surrounded by striking mountain views all while taking in the sweet mountain air. As the sun peaks above the High Country horizon, your session begins and continues until the warm morning sunshine envelops the mountains around you. There is nothing quite like this out there.
8:00 AM BREAKFAST – Eagles Nest Restaurant – Sit atop the Thredbo Valley and fuel up for the day ahead with a fresh and healthy mountain breakfast.
8:30 AM GUIDED HIKE – It is fully guided so you will pick up information about this amazing area along the way. There’s lots to see with giant granite tors, stunning wildflowers and beautiful mountain vistas. Light snack refreshment along the trail.
12:30PM LUNCH – Eagles Nest Restaurant – It’s Australia’s highest.
Your reward for a big mountain morning is a delightful lunch at Australia’s highest restaurant. Enjoy majestic views and fine food in Australia’s highest restaurant
4:00 PM YIN YOGA SESSION & MEDITATION – A perfect way to round out the day with relaxing Yin Yoga and Meditation in a quiet mountain location. We will stretch out those worked muscles, limber up the soft tissue network and tap into the benefits of mindfulness, restoring our bodies and minds to homeostasis.
6:00 PM DINNER – Executive Chef Kane Stamp has carefully created a two course dinner in Cascades Restaurant.
Sunday Program

9:00 AM BREAKFAST – Fuel up for the day with a fresh and healthy mountain breakfast, ready for your day in the mountains.
