Winter Forecast: Coldest On Record?

An article has just been released by the Daily Mail that has pulled us back into winter dreaming mode ❄❄❄❄❄.
The article, which you can read here, claims that Australia may be in for its coldest winter on record, bringing heavy snowfall! Snow news is better than no news right?
Weather expert, David Taylor (Owner of Brisbane Weather & East Coast Weather) has forecast that temperatures and snowfall this winter could reach very high levels compared to previous years.
The Daily Mail made note that David Taylor uses the changes in sunspot activity, along with Global Forecast System modelling to forecast changing weather patterns. David was lauded for being the only person in Australia to correctly forecast the 600mm of rain that hit Townsville on February 28 of this year.
Yes, it’s still early days but we can only dream of another great season ahead filled with lots and lots and lots of snow! Let’s hope that David is on the money…again!
