The Thredbo Village Concert Series is back again for 2017 with help from our good friends at Heineken. The Thredbo Village Square will play host to the concert series under the alpine sky, with each concert featuring an amazing lineup of Australia’s best music acts and pop-up Heineken bars. The concerts are for all-ages and free of charge with free buses running from Jindabyne, which can be booked via the e-store. Enjoy some great tunes after a big day of skiing and snowboarding the mountain…the perfect way to end your day.

Strange Associates | 6pm - 7.40pm
Strange Associates have cultivated a strong reputation for their ability to delve into the unknown. Garnering respect for the diversity of their DJ sets, drawing on a range of influences from Balearic disco, jungle soul and the darker side of house.
It has long be said that Djing is a form of education. This mantra rings true with the Associates as they a known to unearthed a slew of genre’s and style, often left of the field, while maintaining cohesive sets. Tasteful with an audacious approach, it’s a simple yet highly effective formula.

Warmth, nostalgia and melody: that’s the sound of Future Classic outfit Panama.
This June Panama return with the Hope For Something EP, a five-track project brought to life by singer-songwriter Jarrah McCleary’s confessional storytelling. His richest and most moving work yet, the EP’s subject matter spans personal turmoil, making peace with your past and the loss of a loved one, but ultimately emerges optimistic.

Winston Surfshirt | 8.45pm - 9.30pm
From Sydney’s northern beaches, carving their way into the Australian music scene, Winston Surfshirt are One of country’s most interesting bands. The six-piece was originally a solo project of singer/producer/rapper Winston Surfshirt and gradually evolved into a musical collective, adopting artists and producers from across the country – a factor largely responsible for their unmistakable sound. Their unique blend of soul and hip-hop is the auditory equivalent of A Tribe Called Quest splitting spliffs with your parent’s favourite band.
