Swirl, sip and taste all weekend long with a huge program of delectable events. Test your palate at the Mystery Wine Night, enjoy local produce at the food and wine market and attend one of the delectable dining events. Tasting packs are $25 and free shuttle buses will be running from Jindabyne!

Len Evans Memorial Mystery Wine Night

Swirl, sniff and sip! Jodie and Toby will have you guessing mystery wines, poured blind with optional answers for each. Wine prizes for each round’s winner and best guesser of the night. Nibbles and canapes will be circulating on the night. This is a great way to kick off the weekend!



FREE Sip & Stretch Wildbrumby Gin Yoga

Start your day and wake up the taste buds with FREE Sip & Stretch Wildbrumby Gin Yoga. A yoga class with a lemon twist, sip local company Wildbrumby Gin as you find your zen and and prepare for a day of wine, food and entertainment!

Bubbles & Breakfast

When: Saturday, 7th March & Sunday, 8th March
Where: Eagles Nest Restaurant
Time: 9.30am – 3.30pm
Cost: Just add $5 to any breakfast meal for a sparkling wine or mimosa.

Perched high above Thredbo Village, sits Eagles Nest Restaurant! At 1937 metres, it is Australia’s Highest Restaurant. Ride the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift to the top of Thredbo & then head straight in, where you will find 270-degree views of the area.

Taste of the Snowies Market

When: Saturday, 7th March
Where: Thredbo Village Square

Cost: Free Entry/ $25 – 10 x tasting tokens and a limited edition tasting cup.

Head to the Thredbo Village Square to explore an array of wineries, cheese makers, local food and produce, kids face painting and live music.

For only $25 grab a 10 token tasting pack and limited edition festival cup for tastings from the likes of Shut the Gate, Collector Wines, Bunnamagoo Estate Wines, Jindabyne Brewing and Wildbrumby Distillery. Enjoy a big array of tasty food with treats from Crackenback Farm, Bodalla Dairy, Canberra Coffee Company, Eucumbene Trout Farm, Central Road and a whole picnic basket more.


Face Painting

Live Music on the Deck

Indulge your taste buds at the Collector Winemakers Dinner and be regaled by Collector Winemaker and host Alex McKay. Enjoy four fantastic wines perfectly paired with four delightful courses created by the Thredbo Alpine Hotel Executive Chef Kane Stamp. Limited space available.

Collector Wines has been named BEST NEW WINERY in the 2009 Penguin Australian Wine Awards, and rated as a 5 star winery in James Halliday’s 2011 Australian Wine Companion. Collector’s Alex McKay was a finalist for the 2010 Gourmet Traveller WINE Winemaker of the Year.
