What are the ‘Bring A Friend’ Discount Vouchers?
‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers enable pass holders to bring friends to Thredbo and receive a 20% discount off the retail rate of 1 day MTB or 1 day scenic lift passes.
How can I redeem ‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers online?
Vouchers are automatically loaded onto the season pass holder’s accounts. Each voucher is single use and has a unique voucher ID that can only be used once. You can view active vouchers after signing in to My Account under ‘My Vouchers’ section on the left hand side of the page.
From here you can either redeem the voucher or email the voucher to your friend. If you choose to email the voucher to a friend, your friend will need to visit our Online Shop and enter in their unique voucher ID to check lift pass availability and pricing. From here they can purchase a lift pass at the discounted rate.
Is the season pass holder required to be present in resort when redeeming a ‘Bring A Friend’ Voucher?
No, ‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers are only redeemable online via the Online Shop. As a season pass holder you can either redeem the voucher for your friend if your friend is attached to your My Account or email the voucher to your friend to redeem themselves.
Do I get discounted MTB clinics or rental with the ‘Bring A Friend’ MTB voucher?
‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers are redeemable for discounted lift access only. Clinics and rental are available as a standard add on at checkout on the Online Shop.
I’m a Thredbo 2023/24 MTB Season Pass holder. How do I access my 20% discount on Cannonball Festival All Event Entry and Australian MTB Interschools All Event Entry?
Sign in to My Account and navigate to ‘Vouchers’. The Season Pass Discount Voucher can be redeemed from the Vouchers section.
Each voucher has a unique voucher ID that can be used once by the season pass holder (and can not be passed onto friends).
What is Thredbo Season Pass Protection?
All 2023/24 Summer Season Passes have complimentary Season Pass Protection included.
Season Pass Protection provides for a refund or MyMoney credit due to season ending injury, medical circumstance or international relocation in accordance with the full terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund or credit if a wind hold or another weather event prevents the lifts from running?
No, there is no credit or refund available for weather events for season pass holders.
Can I ask for my pass to be re-instated if I recover from illness or injury under Season Pass Protection?
No, once your Season Pass Protection has been invoked as per your request, you cannot then later have your season pass re-instated. You are welcome to purchase day passes for the remainder of the season.
