Yoga is an ancient and classical Indian science that exercises the body on all levels. On the physical level, there is relief from tight, sore muscles and joints, and countless other ailments. On the mental level, yoga encourages the sharpening of the intellect and concentration. Through focused breathing we can calm our mind, bringing a sense of awareness and inner peace. Anyone – irrespective of age, fitness level or experience is welcome to join our yoga classes.
