The New Thredbo Alpine Coaster Is Coming This Winter!

The Southern Hemisphere’s first-ever Alpine Coaster is coming to Thredbo this winter!
We’ve been making moves on its construction with the excavation and concreting now finished and the track installation underway.
At 1.5 kilometers in length, the coaster will travel along a mix of uphill and downhill tracks featuring a tunnel, bridges and circles! You control your speed of up to 40 kilometers an hour so it’s the ultimate ride for thrill seekers and chill cruisers alike.
This exciting new attraction will operate year-round and in all weather conditions, offering an action-packed new way to experience the mountain 365 days a year!
