Perched high above Thredbo Village at 1,937 metres, Eagles Nest is Australia’s highest restaurant.

In winter, take the Kosciuszko Chairlift to the top of Thredbo and step straight in to take in sweeping 270-degree views across the valley. Eagles Nest is the perfect spot to refuel – whether it’s a coffee or hot chocolate, or a relaxed lunch from our casual pizza and pasta menu.

Sit back, unwind, and enjoy the laid-back alpine atmosphere with a range of cocktails, local and imported beers, and wine – there’s something for everyone at Eagles.

Eagles Nest is accessed exclusively via the Kosciuszko Chairlift, and a valid lift pass or scenic lift pass is required.

Say hello to Thredbo’s newest first class experience…First Tracks Club. Begin with a snowcat ride up to Australia’s highest restaurant, Eagles Nest, for sunrise and a light breakfast, soaking in stunning mountain views as the resort comes to life below. Then unlock more than 30 minutes of private access to the Basin ski area – fresh corduroy, no lift lines, just you, first light and perfectly groomed runs.
