Carve out unique lines and match it with style and flow down Thredbo’s unmatched freeride terrain. Whether it’s sending big drops or slashing the wave and wind lips, this is the comp to break down barriers and strut your stuff! Set to become Australia’s Premier freeride competition, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to take home a share of the $20k of cash and a heap of rad prizes from Oakley, Burton and Rossignol on offer.

Inspection: 9am – 9.45am (outside of the course boundary) | The Bluff

What You Need To Know
- Grom Men Ski & Snowboard: 7 – 12 years old
- Grom Women Ski & Snowboard: 7 – 12 years old
- Junior Men Ski & Snowboard: 13 – 17 years old
- Junior Women Ski & Snowboard: 13 – 17 years old
- Open Men Ski & Snowboard: Any Age
- Open Women Ski & Snowboard: Any Age
- Masters Men Ski & Snowboard: 35yrs+
- Masters Women Ski & Snowboard: 35yrs+
Age categories are calculated using age at 31 December 2024.
All Open Ski & Snowboard podiums will take home:
- 1st = $1000
- 2nd = $750
- 3rd = $500
All other podiums for each category will take home a rad prize bag filled with goodies from our sponsors.
Judging Criteria: Overall Run Impression which takes into account:
- Difficulty of line – how technical the path down the mountain is
- Control – was the line ridden exactly like it was anticipated
- Fluidity – ensuring a run that flows from feature to feature
- Jumps – were there features and how well where they executed throughout the run
- Technique – how a rider performed based on his ability and compared to others
Format: Two runs, best run counts
Run Order: Competitors will drop in bib order
Helmets are compulsory for all competitors
