Sunrise Sessions

Now cemented as Australia’s most iconic on-snow experience, we will take you above & beyond to enjoy sunrise at Australia’s Highest Lifted Point, an on-mountain breakfast accompanied with a mimosa, then score first tracks down Supertrail – Australia’s longest run.
Meeting times and breakfast duration for each session varies from 5:45am to 6:20am, depending on time of sunrise.
Sunrise Sessions will run every Tuesday from from 30 July – 3 September. .
Thredbo practices the responsible service of alcohol – please drink responsibly.
What You Need To Know
- Meeting Point: Base of Kosciuszko Chairlift
- Transport: A snowcat will take you up to the bell for sunrise, then down to Eagles Nest for breakfast.
- In order to access the cat, guests must climb up and down a small ladder.
- Breakfast is included: Tuck into a big mountain breakfast accompanied with mimosas.
- Ability Level: Guests must be at least an upper-intermediate skier or snowboarder to be able to ride down Supertrail.
- What To Bring:
- Bring your ski or snowboard equipment to the meeting point
- Helmets are recommended
- Remember, it can be much colder up at the bell than down in the village, so please dress appropriately.
- Safety: For your safety, you must remain with the group at all times.
