Join us for an extraordinary culinary adventure featuring fine food, beer, wine, and cocktails with a unique twist. Enjoy five courses crafted by Thredbo’s head chef, Sebastian Doyle, each paired with a selection of beer, wine, and cocktails – sometimes both!
Saturday 24 January
Festival Day
Saturday | 12pm - 6pm
Village Square
Enjoy a great day out in the Village Square with friends and family. Sample the region’s best food from local restauranteurs, chat with the winemakers, distillers, and brewers, and listen to live music.

Saturday | 1:30pm - 4:30pm
Village Square
Sean from the H-Cee Family band will be performing relaxing tunes throughout the village to wrap up a perfect afternoon.

The Alpine Bar
Sean is back for another smooth and intimate set in the Alpine Bar
