The Thredbo Ridercross will see the best skiers and snowboarders against their peers in the ultimate dash for cash utilizing an intermediate – advanced course of bumps, jumps and berms.
With Head to Head Finals racing back on the menu, this is sure to bring out some of the best racers in the country.
A loaded $12000 cash and prize pool is up for grabs, pushing competitors to put everything on the line for a spot on the podium.

What You Need To Know
- Grom Men Ski & Snowboard: 7 – 12 years old
- Grom Women Ski & Snowboard: 7 – 12 years old
- Youth Men Ski & Snowboard: 13 – 15 years old
- Youth Women Ski & Snowboard: 13 – 15 years old
- Junior Men Ski & Snowboard: 16 – 17 years old
- Junior Women Ski & Snowboard: 16 – 17 years old
- Open Men Ski & Snowboard
- Open Women Ski & Snowboard
- Masters Men Ski & Snowboard: 35+
- Masters Women Ski & Snowboard: 35+
Age categories are calculated using age at 31 December 2026.
In-line with FIS competition rules and supportive of grassroots snow sports competition, race/speed suits are not permitted to be worn during training and/or competition in Ski Cross or Snowboard Cross events. Proper snow sports outerwear must be worn such as a jacket or softshell and snow pants. Outerwear such as hoodies, long sleeve shirts, school jerseys and track-suit pants will NOT BE PERMITTED. Failure to wear the correct and approved race clothing will result in a DNS.

All Open Ski & Snowboard podiums will take home per event:
- 1st = $300
- 2nd = $200
- 3rd = $100
All other podiums for each category will take home a rad prize bag filled with goodies from our sponsors Burton, Rossignol, LeBent and Oakley.
Qualification Format: 1 timed run
Run Order: Competitors will drop in bib order
Finals Format: Head to head racing
Helmets are compulsory for all competitors
Competitors can only register for one entry. Entry into multiple categories or disciplines is not allowed.
Depending on the size of the category, the top 4 or top 8 qualifying riders will go through to the finals.
