Summer 2024/25 Season Passes

Are there black out dates for Summer Season Pass holders?
Season passes can be used for the entire summer season, including for special events such as Cannonball Festival and Thredbo Blues Festival.

Is there a cap on Season Pass availability?
Yes, there is a limited number of season passes available.

At what date is age calculated for a Summer Season Pass?
Age on MTB Gravity Passes is as of 16 November 2024. If season passes are available for purchase after 16 November 2024, age is calculated as per the purchase date.

Age on Hiking Season Passes is as of date of purchase. Age is calculated as per the purchase date.

Can I pay off my season pass in instalments?
There is no option to pay off your season pass in instalments. Passes must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Do I need a MyThredbo Card?
MyThredbo Card is required. During checkout you can reload to your existing card or add one to your cart ($5).

What’s included in my Thredbo Leisure Centre membership?
You have unlimited access to the pool, gym and sports hall from 26 September 2024 to 6 June 2025.

Bookings are only required for the squash court – please email leisurecentre@evt.com or call 02 6459 4138.

Fitness classes, Mission Inflatable and Zero Gravity sessions are not included.

Please note that Thredbo’s Leisure Centre Pool is closed for maintenance

How many rounds of golf can I play each day?

Each day from 26 September 2024 to 6 June 2025 you can play one round of golf.

No bookings are required for the golf course. Clubs can be rented from Guest Services Valley Terminal and can be booked online at an additional cost.

Are there any restrictions on tennis court hire?

Each day from 26 September 2024 to 6 June 2025 you can rent a tennis court for one hour a day.

For tennis court hire, please email guestservices_thredbo@evt.com or visit Guest Services Valley Terminal (where you can also rent tennis racquets and balls).

What are the ‘Bring A Friend’ Vouchers?
‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers enable pass holders to bring friends to Thredbo and receive 6 x 1 day 20% Off MTB pass voucher or 6 x 1 day 20% off scenic lift pass vouchers – depending on which Season Pass is purchased.

How can I redeem ‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers online?
Vouchers are automatically loaded onto the season pass holder’s accounts. Each voucher is single use and has a unique voucher ID that can only be used once. You can view active vouchers after signing in to My Account under ‘My Vouchers’ section on the left hand side of the page.

From here you can either redeem the voucher or email the voucher to your friend. If you choose to email the voucher to a friend, your friend will need to visit our Online Shop and enter in their unique voucher ID to check lift pass availability and pricing. From here they can purchase a lift pass at the discounted rate.

Is the season pass holder required to be present in resort when redeeming a ‘Bring A Friend’ Voucher?
No, ‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers are only redeemable online via the Online Shop. As a season pass holder you can either redeem the voucher for your friend if your friend is attached to your My Account or email the voucher to your friend to redeem themselves.

Do I get discounted MTB clinics or rental with the ‘Bring A Friend’ MTB voucher?
‘Bring A Friend’ vouchers are redeemable for lift access only. Clinics and rental are available via the Online Shop.

I’m a Thredbo 2024/25 Gravity Pass holder. How do I access my 20% discount on Cannonball Festival All Event Entry and Australian MTB Interschools All Event Entry?
Once entries are released, you can find your discounted entries under My Offers.

What is Thredbo Season Pass Protection?
All 2024/25 Summer Season Passes have complimentary Season Pass Protection included.

Season Pass Protection provides for a refund or MyMoney credit due to season ending injury, medical circumstance or international relocation in accordance with the full terms and conditions.

Can I get a refund or credit if a wind hold or another weather event prevents the lifts from running?
No, there is no credit or refund available for weather events for season pass holders.

Can I ask for my pass to be re-instated if I recover from illness or injury under Season Pass Protection?
No, once your Season Pass Protection has been invoked as per your request, you cannot then later have your season pass re-instated. You are welcome to purchase day passes for the remainder of the season.

Do Summer 2024/25 season pass holders get an exclusive offer on Winter 2025 season passes?
Yes, details of the offer will be emailed to you when Winter 2025 season passes go on sale. There will only be a limited number of Winter 2025 season passes but you will have guaranteed access via this offer. Details to be release in early 2025.

Do Winter 2024 season pass holders get a discount on Summer 23/24 season passes?
No discount is available for winter 2024 season pass holders.

Will there be a reservation system with Gravity Passes?
There will no reservation system required for Gravity Passes. Pass holders are welcome to ride any day they choose.

Why can’t I buy an Gravity Pass for under 5 year olds?
The Gravity Pass provides chairlift access to the Thredbo Mountain Bike Park. Our network of gravity (downhill) trails are not suitable for children aged under 5 years. Children under 5 years of age are able to access Thredbo’s valley floor trails and skills parks.
