Have you heard the news? New research suggests that Gen Y reckons that winter is so hot right now. A growing number of Aussies (40%) now prefer winter over summer…Duhhh, were these guys born yesterday? Winter is the BEST!

The latest study conducted by OmniPoll in April suggests that for 18 to 24 year olds, the love affair with summer may well and truly be over, with almost two thirds (63%) in that age group indicating they prefer winter over summer. The fact that the study showed 41% of people have already enjoyed a snow holiday shows the increasing growth of winters popularity amongst Australians.
