Yep you heard right ā thereās a trip to Canada worth of $30k to be won, thanks to our mates at CMH Heli-Skiing and Travelplan. āHow do I win?ā I hear you askā¦.well all you have to do is ride in Thredbo. But not any kind of riding, not your average Iām-feeling-a-bitdusty-after-last-night kind of ski, not your āOh I think Iāll just head in for a couple of cold ones and a long lunch at 12pmā kinda dayā¦.no, this challenge is for only the most dedicated shredders, those who stay out in all conditions, those who dream about fresh edges.

If youāre up for the challenge, then you have to ski 5000 vertical metres in ONE day in Thredbo ā which will automatically record on your lift pass ā and then youāll have a ticket in the draw to win an insane Canadian trip with 7 days of Heli-Skiing and up to 100,000 vertical feet of skiing (and you thought 5000 was a lot!) With Australiaās longest runs right here in Thredbo, itās really just an opportunity to see if you really can shred it like you tell your mates ā get your Weetbix in early, get first lifts and start racking up some laps before a quick lunch and a solid shred until lifts close. Itās no mean feat, but hey, if itās not hard itās not worth doing (and if you thought we were going to give away such a sweet as trip at the drop of a hat youāre laughing!) The more days you tip the 5000 metre mark – the more entries you get and the greater your chance of winning the trip!
So the question isā¦.are you up for it?

Just picture it: return flights with Air Canada (#luxe much) to Calgary via Vancouver, with 7 huge days of heli-skiing (get ready for the quad burn) on specially design skis and snowboards. CMH tailors the trip to your ability with 7 nightsā accommodation at an awesome lodge, the location depending on how gnarly you want to get: whether youāre there to enjoy the scenery or want to get next level pow pow.
So what are you still doing here in front of a screen? Get out there and shred your way to Canada!

Thredbo sits on the traditional land of the Monero – Ngarigo people who have looked after this land, water and community for over 60,000 years. We thank them for all they have done and continue to do to look after their country, a special place which we all love and respect.
