Toyota One Hit Wonder Mountain Festival 2017

Thredbo’s very own, Toyota One Hit Wonder Mountain Festival just got a whole lot more exciting with the inclusion of snowboarders this year! It’s all happening across the week of 5-9 September and the 100ft plus jump will now have the worlds best skiers and snowboarders competing for $10k each in two separately judged world tour level Big Air competitions.

Competitors will also this year take part in the GoPro Challenge, a new component of the event were skiers and boarders form teams and are given 24hrs to session the jump, edit and upload their finest 60 second segments where the public will have a hand in deciding the winning clip.

Thredbo is hosting some huge parties off the mountain to balance all the on-mountain action throughout the week. On Wednesday the 6th of September, the Keller Bar will be jam-packed for the final Full Moon party of the season. Some of Australia’s hottest DJ’s will be hitting the decks late into the night such as Slippery Trout, Jam Daniels & Bang Gang. First Base, the hottest thing since fluro one pieces is taking over poolside with one of Australia’s best artists, Luke Million for a fun afternoon of après…make sure to pack your vintage sweater for this one!
