Wooo! Sunday night delivered 15cm of fresh snow, plus we received another 10cm overnight…making for awesome conditions for skiing and boarding today.
It was all about the funky, fresh and fun turns today! Antons, Sponars, The Bluff, Waimea and The Cruiser were all the pick of the day, offering windblown refills on all the freshies. To top it all off, Mr. Blue Sky decided to hang around all day providing perfect visibility to launch of rocks, windlips and more.
With another 15cm in the forecast for Friday, the weekend is shaping up to be awesome with fresh turns and first base on the menu.
