Kicking off our First Base Après Series

Thredbo’s Après season is in full swing, with this weekend taking it to a whole new level.

Our First Base Après series kicks off at The Alpine Bar at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel from 2pm this Saturday, thanks to Canadian Club.

Headlining the show is Melbourne Indie act Owl Eyes, who will be bringing her disco inspired tunes to the stage with a live set from 5.30 – 6.30pm.

After a great day on the slopes you can slide right into first base, a retro celebration, which prides itself on its outrageously good vibes. Hosted by dynamic duo Tom Tilley and Flight Facilities Hugo Gruzman, the event will feature a variety of live DJ’s, who will have you dancing the night away to throwback tunes from the hottest live acts around the country.

Of course, the night doesn’t end there, with the Keller Bar opening its doors at 8pm for those party animals to kick on into the night.

If you’re staying out of the resort and don’t want to miss out on the fun, you can catch a $6 bus to and from Thredbo for all this winter’s après events. Head to our website and get in early to register for a spot.
