Beer, Food & Wine… these are a few of our favourite things! The Snowies Beer, Food and Wine Festival is back in Thredbo for 2026, and we’re hungry already.
Bringing you the best of regional craft beers, fine wines, boutique spirits and mouth-watering local food from 23-25 January – you won’t want to miss this one!
From a curated Welcome Dinner, local produce markets and a Beer & BBQ Feast, every type of foodie will be spoilt for choice!

Festival Welcome Dinner | Friday 23 January
Kick off your weekend of feasting with an extraordinary culinary adventure in Cascades! Boasting five delicious courses crafted by Thredbo’s head chef, Sebastian Doyle, each paired with a selection of beer, wine and cocktails… and sometimes all of the above!
Whether you’re a food lover, a festival-goer, or simply looking for a memorable night out, this is the perfect way to begin your weekend. Limited seats available – secure your place now and savour the experience.

Snowies Beer, Food & Wine Festival | Saturday 24 January
Stroll through the iconic Thredbo Village from 12pm-6pm and sample the region’s best food from local restaurateurs, chat with the winemakers, distillers and brewers before kicking back to the sounds of Sean from the H-Cee Family and from 1:30pm.

Once you’ve had your fill, head to the Alpine Bar from 5pm for an intimate set at the Alpine Bar!
Brews & BBQ’s | Sunday 25 January
Round off your tasty weekend with some brews, beats and BBQ’s.
Your favourite brewers will take over the Alpine Bar for ‘Brews and BBQ’s’ with an array of craft beers perfectly paired with BBQ favourites… all accompanied by some awesome local music.
