The mountains are set to come alive once again with the sound of the blues! The Thredbo Blues Festival is back for its 31st year, bringing three unforgettable days of live music, mountain air and good times to Thredbo Village from January 16 – 18, 2026.
Each summer, this legendary event transforms the village into a soulful celebration of rhythm, food, and alpine energy. From buzzing bars and cozy restaurants to open-air stages under the stars, every corner of Thredbo will be filled with the unmistakable sound of the blues.

The Line-Up
This year’s lineup is one of the biggest yet, featuring over 20 of Australia’s best blues artists, including:

A major highlight of this year’s program is Women in Blues; four award-winning, chart-topping artists, including two Hall of Famers, bringing every shade of the blues from rock to soul to gospel, backed by the multi-award-winning McNaMarr Project Band.
