Can You Feel The Chill? More Snowmaking Is Firing Up At Thredbo

When it gets to this time of year, all eyes are on those dropping temps – but no one keeps a closer eye than our snowmaking team!

Last night, our snowmaking team jumped into action when the conditions lined up to fire 22 snow-guns across Walkabout and Ballroom in our Cruiser Area!

With the All-Weather Snowmaking Unit taking care of business in our beginner area on Friday Flat, it’s great to see the winter conditions rolling in so we can begin firing up more of our greater snowmaking system.

When the stars align and the conditions are right, it’s pretty incredible how quickly snowmaking can completely transform the mountain! Keep your eyes peeled for more…
