Thredbo Ambassador Ben Tudhope has done it again, taking silver at the Paralympic Winter Games and now making him 2x Paralympic Medallist!
Ben Tudhope Takes Silver
Flying down the course with his trademark speed, precision and fearless style, Ben showed exactly why he’s one of the most exciting snowboarders in the sport. In a stacked field of international talent, the Thredbo ambassador put down an outstanding run to secure a place on the podium and add another medal to Australia’s growing Winter Paralympic legacy.

Ben first captured the world’s attention when he became the youngest Australian ever to compete at Winter Paralympics at the age of 14. Going on to win Bronze at 22 years old in Beijing 2022. Since then, he has continued to push the progression of para-snowboarding, inspiring a new generation of athletes while proudly flying the Aussie flag around the globe.

Now in 2026, Ben has once again delivered when it matters most. His silver medal performance is a testament to years of hard work, relentless training and the support of the Australian winter sports community behind him.
At Thredbo, we couldn’t be prouder to call Ben one of our ambassadors. Watching him compete on the world stage and seeing the Thredbo spirit shine through every run is something the entire mountain community celebrates.

Moments like this are a reminder that champions aren’t just made on competition day – they’re built through countless laps, early mornings and the passion for riding that starts right here in the mountains.
Congratulations Ben on an incredible achievement. The Thredbo community is cheering you on every step of the way 🥈
