Thredbo Blues Festival Hits All the Right Notes Once Again

Another year, another unforgettable weekend at the Thredbo Blues Festival. Returning for its 31st year, the festival once again drew music lovers from far and wide, filling the mountain with the sound, soul and spirit of Australia’s best blues artists.
Across the weekend, Thredbo’s iconic alpine venues transformed into intimate stages, with performances rolling from sun-soaked daytime sets on the mountain through to late-night sessions in the village.
A standout of the program was the much-loved Women In Blues, alongside a strong and diverse line-up that showcased the depth of talent in Australia’s blues scene.
Running from Friday night through to the late hours of Sunday evening, the festival offered far more than just great music. Between sets, guests indulged in gourmet dining experiences, wine tastings and relaxed moments soaking up the mountain atmosphere, all while discovering new artists and reconnecting with old favourites.
