For a three-week window, guests will have the rare opportunity to privately buyout our Kareela Snowcat Dinner presented by St Hugo Wines, and our Kareela Supper Club presented by Pommery Champagne. Yes, that’s right – just you and 18 of your luckiest friends, enjoying a private dining experience on the slopes, under the stars… magic!

Perched high above the village, Kareela Hutte is one of Australia’s most unique dining locations. Usually only accessible by ski or snowboard, it’s long been one of the most sought-after on-snow experiences in the country. These dining experiences open the doors to something different, giving you the chance to experience Kareela without needing to click into bindings.

Picture this: your evening begins with a scenic snowcat journey through our illuminated alpine landscape, taking you up to the warmly lit restaurant nestled on the slopes. Inside, you’ll be welcomed to an intimate, European style alpine setting, where a premium multi-course menu is paired with exceptional wines from St Hugo.

Now available for a private buyout, this limited-time offer is perfect for milestone celebrations, private groups or anyone looking to experience the mountain in a truly unique way. Kareela Supper Club presented by Pommery Champagne

If you’re looking to soak up the après atmosphere Thredbo is famous for on a whole new level, our Kareela Supper Club is for you!

The evening begins with a ride on Merritts Gondola before you transfer to a snowcat for the final journey up to Kareela Hutte. Once there, you’ll enjoy a two-hour canapé and beverage package featuring Pommery Champagne, all while taking in front-row views of Thredbo’s iconic flare run and fireworks lighting up the mountain.

With just 18 spots available in our buyout window, it’s one of our most memorable winter experiences, perfect for those looking to start their Saturday night in Thredbo off on an absolute high.
