Ability Levels

The School Holiday Camps have both intermediate & advanced levels.

The intermediate group is for riders looking to improve their technique, build confidence and gain an introduction into more advanced trails & features. The group will work with their instructor on perfecting cornering techniques, introducing line choice, increasing speed through rough terrain & developing jump & drop techniques. The goals for the group is to work towards riding the Cannonball Downhill & successfully compete across all events in the MTB Interschool’s. Riders in the intermediate group should be confident on Sidewinder and the Kosciuszko Flow Trail.

The Advanced clinic is for riders looking to increase speed through rock gardens & steeper terrain and advancing skills on larger jumps & drops. It will also provide an insight into technical line choices, aggressive riding positions & race preparation. This is ideal for riders who are looking to boost their confidence on black trails including Cannonball Downhill or hoping to start competing competitively. Participants should be confident on all intermediate trails & features in the park.
