Snow Conditions

Exceptional snow conditions from top to bottom. Fresh snow everywhere all day long. The snow was dry up high, getting chalky as you hit the lower slopes.  Both on and the off-piste in top shape. Riders scored freshies galore up high, with snowflakes falling throughout the afternoon topping up the cover nicely.  With more snow in the forecast it is shaping up to be a cracking Sunday in Thredbo.

Snow Riding

On the groomed, through the trees, off-piste, there were so many great options to choose from at Thredbo today. Riders laid down fresh tracks in the Powder Bowl, Pegasus, Glades and Bushranger, actually anywhere up high was fantastic today. The famous Supertrail was fresh and perfectly groomed and the Central Spur area was in tip top shape. Confident green and blue run riders lapped the Cruiser where there were options galore and beginners revelled in the soft fresh snow on Friday Flat. It was a terrific day out.
