First Day In Thredbo
Face masks are now compulsory in all indoor venues. We ask all guests to bring a face mask to the resort to wear when indoors, including the Gondola & public transport. Face coverings are highly recommended in outdoor areas.
We’re stoked to welcome you to Thredbo. You’ve come to the right place to ski and snowboard all day, party and play all night!
Here is the ultimate guide to having the best time in resort.
The Thredbo Experience
Get Organised The Day Before
Head up the mountain quicker by sorting out your lift pass and rental pick up the day before.
- Whether you’re staying in Thredbo or Jindabyne, take advantage of our 24-7 MyThredbo Card Kiosks and collect your lift pass outside of opening hours.
- Pick up your rental gear from 3pm the day prior. Rental collection wait times on busy mornings can be longer than 1 hour.
- Planning on taking a lesson? Check availability and book online before arriving.
Let's Keep Our Winter Safe
In resort you can expect a range of measures we’ve all become accustomed to including capacity restrictions, social distancing and sanitisation and hygiene measures.
Where 1.5m social distancing isn’t possible, we recommend face coverings.
Guests who feel unwell or have flu-like symptoms should stay at home and get tested.
