How To Lock In Your Lift Pass

Posted on 2 Jun, 2020 in About Thredbo

5 June Update | We wanted to give you the heads up that after hearing from you, we’ve updated the timing for the release of our Winter 2020 Lift Passes via our Online Shop. The passes will be now be available to purchase online from 12noon Thursday 11 June 2020.

We’re stoked to be kicking off the 2020 winter season from 22 June (snow conditions permitting)!

We’ve been working hard with Government and snow industry partners over the past couple months to make sure we can ski and snowboard this winter. It’s going to be a different approach this season, and skiers and snowboarders will need to purchase day tickets for when they want to ride, to allow us to manage our daily on-mountain maximum capacity rate.

Winter 2020 passes are going live from 12noon on Thursday 11 June. Please note, this first release of lift passes covers the date range 22 June – 13 September. We’ll keep you posted when conditions allow us to release more passes throughout the winter, up to the end of the season of 5 October. Remember, due to social distancing our on-mountain capacity is guided by the amount of terrain we’re able to open, based on snow conditions.

We wanted to give you a friendly heads up on a few things you can do prior to when the passes go live, so you’re ready to go and can lock in the days you want to ski or snowboard this season. See below for a checklist:
