Backcountry Adventure tours range from snowshoeing journeys into the wilderness to full-day guided alpine touring experiences for 2-5 people.

Meet knowledgeable and passionate backcountry guides who have gained extensive experience in alpine touring on home soil and abroad and who hold qualifications including Avalanche Safety Training (AST) and First Aid.

No matter your level of knowledge, experience and ability, they are here to guide you while passing on their passion for the outdoors and environment.

Brand new? Try an introductory to Backcountry Tour and head out to areas such as Ramshead Range and Bogong Creek to be introduced to specialist equipment and backcountry safety while learning skills required to negotiate simple backcountry terrain.

Been backcountry before? Head into locations including Mount Kosciuszko, Bogong Creek, Ramshead Range and Deadhorse Gap for an unforgettable day of riding some of the best and most unique terrain Australia gas to offer with a Beyond the Boundaries Tour.

Or for those advanced alpine adventurists, Leatherbarrel Creek, Twin Valleys and Etherisge Ridge are calling. Summit and ride some of Australia’s higest peaks on an Advanced Adventurer Tour.

No Equipment? No Worries! We offer Backcountry Rental packages with Burton Splitboards, Volkl VTA 80 Skis, Montana Skins and Collapsible poles. Our friendly rental staff are here to find you the right fit and give you tips and tricks for the specific touring equipment.
