There’s a mountain of stuff to do in Thredbo this Easter…plus a special visit from the Easter Bunny! From riding the bike park, to hiking to Mt Kosciuszko, take advantage of our alpine playground and all the fun activities to keep you and the kids entertained.
If riding or hiking isn’t for you, check out the massive range of other Summer Activities such as the Alpine Coaster, waterslide, leisure centre, golf course, tennis courts, skate park and more!
Saturday 27 March
Merritts Mountain House Easter Feast
5:30pm - 8:30pm
Meet at bottom of Gondola
A truly special holiday experience for the whole family! Ride the Gondola to Merritts Mountain House for an Easter inspired feast!
Lindt Lucky Gondola
9:30am - 4pm
Merritts Gondola
Take a ride on the Merritts Gondola this Easter weekend for your chance to win a chocolate goody box courtesy of Lindt Chocolate. With one lucky gondola arriving at the bottom station every hour, all you have to do is line up and take a ride for your chance to win.
Easter Arts & Crafts
2pm - 6pm
Keller Kids Hub
Get creative and bring your Easter to life. The kids can create their own designs on gingerbread rabbits, bunny ears, egg collecting bags and more in preparation for the big day on Sunday!
Face Painting
2pm - 5pm
Keller Kids Hub
Be transformed into a magical creature – with a flick of the brush your character will be brought to life.
Live Music
3pm - 5pm
Alpine Bar
Kick back after a big day on the mountain and enjoy live tunes with a mountain back drop. With kids activities to keep the little ones occupied, there is no better place to unwind this long weekend.
Alpine Coaster

Valley Terminal
At 1.5km in length, from thrill-seekers to leisure cruisers, passengers will be able to control their speed of up to 40km/h as they travel along a mix of uphill and downhill tracks featuring a tunnel, bridges and circles that traverse the alpine environment.
Giant Games
9am – 4pm
Keller Kids Hub
Thredbo has a range of fun outdoor giant games to play. From Connect Four, Jenga, Corn Hole and much more… Relax while the kids play or join in on the fun.
Junior Mountain Bike Clinics (7 - 14 years)
10am & 1pm
Thredbo Mountain Bike Park
Thredbo MTB offers daily clinics for young riders of all levels. If you are looking to tweak your mountain biking skills, gain confidence riding the mountain or after tips on trying something new then the Thredbo MTB instructors have a clinic for you.
Guided Hikes

Thredbo & Beyond
Join a scheduled Guided Hike with like-minded explorers and learn more about the iconic high country on the bucket list Mt Kosciuszko Summit Hike or Dead Horse Gap Hike. Private Hikes are also available on other days of the week.
Courtesy Bus

Friday Flat to Info Centre
The free route 3 courtesy bus will operate from Friday Flat to the Information Centre and return.
Sunday 28 March
Lindt Lucky Gondola

Easter Bunny Visit

Thredbo’s Easter Bunny, Rowdy, will descend upon the Village Green come Easter Sunday with baskets of Lindt Chocolate for all his favourite kids. Keep an eye out for the the Thredbo Fire Truck for his spectacular arrival.

Enjoy live tunes in the Alpine Bar to cap off an amazing long weekend in the mountains.
