Thredbo is home to Australia’s Premier Mountain Bike Park with some of the best alpine riding in the country. There’s over 40km of lift-accessed gravity trails, skills parks for all abilities, a linked network of cross country trails, two pump tracks and a progressive MTB School with a team of certified PMBIA instructors to take your riding to the next level.

MTB Lift Pass
This is your ticket to ride Thredbo Mountain Bike Park. Fitted with bike racks, our network of lifts take you and your bike directly back to the top of the gravity trail network with some amazing views to soak in along the way.
MyThredbo Card is required. During checkout you can reload to your existing card or add one to your cart ($5).
MTB School
Our MTB School is built for progression and welcomes riders of all abilities. Whether you’re just starting with Intro to MTB sessions on the valley floor, refining your skills in MTB Fundamentals clinics on the Cruiser beginner trails, or advancing through our MTB Progression clinics and Private Lessons, we offer the perfect path to elevate your riding.
New this summer are our 2-day Gravity Groms Holiday sessions! Designed for kids aged 5 to 15, these action-packed sessions offer the perfect environment for young riders to take their gravity biking skills to the next level.
Retail & Rental
Thredbo MTB Rental provides a wide selection of the latest enduro and downhill bikes from Norco, as well as recreational mountain bikes for exploring the valley floor and Thredbo Valley Track.

MTB Events
Thredbo hosts the southern hemisphere’s largest MTB calendar with exciting events year-round, including the Cannonball MTB Festival, the Thredbo Gravity Series, and the Australian MTB Interschools. These events offer intense racing, thrilling competition, and opportunities for young riders to showcase their talent.
Mountain Biking With Kids
Kids aged 5 and up are welcome to ride our lift-accessed trails. Start your day by taking Australia’s only alpine gondola to reach the new beginner-intermediate trails in the Cruiser area.
