Cannonball MTB Festival

Australia’s biggest MTB festival is back for another huge week of racing, fresh track builds, rider activations, live music and good times.
Whether you’re lining up against your mates or chasing a spot on the podium, Cannonball brings the global MTB community together for a week of legendary action on and off the mountain.
Best bit is…you don’t need to be racing to be part of it. Get trackside and cheer on your mates, get up close with the pros and world champs, then keep the party rolling with live music and entertainment all week long. It all goes off with a massive Saturday night send-off.
Entries are limited. Registrations close 6pm Wednesday 3 February unless sold out prior.

Events
Cannonball brings the best riders from Australia and around the globe together for a week of proper MTB action. Put it on the line in the Specialized All-Mountain Enduro, go bar-to-bar in the Maxxis Dual Slalom, let it roll in the Fox Flow Motion Cup, pump and manual your way through the Oakley Pump Track Challenge, throw down your best whips at the invite-only Deity Whip Wars and pin it down the rough and rowdy Rockshox Australian Open Downhill.

Spectators
Cannonball MTB Festival is more than just racing, it’s a full-throttle celebration of MTB culture! Get up close with the pros, go wild cheering on your mates and send it into the festival vibes, with live sets from some of Australia’s hottest artists keeping the energy cranked all week long.
Volunteers
Volunteers are a vital part of Cannonball. With 6 massive events across the week and over 1000 riders expected at the 2027 Cannonball, there are an array of volunteer positions available.
All volunteers will receive lunch, merch + vouchers to come and ride the bike park once the festival is all done!

Cannonball Closing Party ft. Special Guest
We’re closing out a massive week of riding and good time with a live set in the Alpine Bar from a special guest…stay tuned for more details dropping soon.
The fun doesn’t stop there though…as the Keller Bar opens it’s doors for an all-time after party.
