Mother Nature has delivered the goods just in time for Environment Week here in Thredbo. We had 10cm of fresh snow overnight for a combined storm total of 23cm so far since Tuesday evening.

We’ve had some mixed conditions across the resort the past few days with snow showers up high.
Snow lovers have been getting out there and enjoying the slopes with riders even greeted by a beautiful bluebird day earlier in the week!
Experts are saying we can expect between 60 to 80 cm of fresh snow here between Friday and Sunday…

The week kicked off with a wintry mix of wet and variable conditions on the slopes, but that didn’t get in the way of mountain lovers from braving the weather and heading up the mountain for some fun.
We’ve had an amazing week on the mountains with superb conditions for riding, a streak of mega snowmaking nights, windblown stashes and sunny days on the slopes.
The views don’t get any better than this! Karels T-bar is now open, allowing you to visit Australia’s highest lifted point and access the longest run in the country! What better way to celebrate than by ringing the famous bell and getting that perfect holiday snap shot.
What a day, what a week! Today’s been a sensational bluebird with nothing but blue skies and sunshine on the mountain.
What an incredible three days! With a storm total of 85cm and a mountain left blanketed in snow, the “DEFENDER” storm definitely brought the goods.
