• Price: From $1,200
• Meeting Time: Drop off at 8:15am
  • Arrive early with your child ready to ride with boots on.

• Lesson Time: 8:30am – 3:00pm
• Pick Up: 3pm
• Duration: Up to 5 Hours x 5 Days
• Lunch is included: A healthy, hot lunch with a choice of water or juice is included each day.
• Before The Lesson:
  • Buy your child’s 5 day lift pass or season pass
  • Collect your MyThredbo Card from our new contactless 24/7 MyThredbo Card Kiosks located at Friday Flat and Valley Terminal in Thredbo.
  • Booked rental equipment? Pick up your gear right next to your lesson at Thredbo Rental Friday Flat for the ultimate convenience, location and range. To avoid queues, pick up your gear from 3pm the afternoon before your rental begins.
  • Find your child’s level here to ensure they are placed in the right lesson.
• Weekends and Peak Periods: If you plan to pick up your MyThredbo Card or rental before your lesson, please leave sufficient time to do so. Please note, during peak holiday and weekend periods in-resort wait times may be lengthy (up to 45 minutes).
• Toilet training: All children need to be toilet trained. Thredbo Resort offers public toilet facilities in various parts of the mountain and our instructors will manage and supervise where appropriate. Thredbo Snowsports will have additional child care staff available on Friday Flat to assist younger children with toileting and unplanned clothing changes.
• NSW Active Kids Vouchers cannot be used on the 5 Day Adventure Camps, Burton Riglets, Thredboland and Freeriders programs.
• Late Arrivals: We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. This can often mean returning and joining the group after lunch. With children at Level 1, it is sometimes not possible to accommodate late arrivals on the day, due to the group advancing beyond Level 1 at the start of the day.

• Skis or snowboard and boots
  • Please note ski poles are generally not required for children learning to ski and are introduced at an intermediate level.
• MyThredbo Card – Double check your child has their MyThredbo Card in a pocket as high as possible on the left side of their jacket for ease of lift access.
• Helmets are required
• Waterproof, insulated jacket and pants
• Gloves/mittens and goggles
• Neck warmer (doubles as a face covering)
• It would be ideal for children to pack a small snack in their pocket for the lesson. All snacks are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
